Office TECOLI, LLC (hereafter “we”, “us”, “our”) sets forth the following policy regarding the handling of personal information on 街てこり (city.tecoli.com, hereafter “the Service”).
1. Information We Collect
When users sign in with a Google account, the Service collects:
- Email address
- Display name
- Profile picture URL
- Google account unique identifier (sub)
The Service also stores the following information that users register within the Service:
- Google Places identifiers (place_id) and registration timestamps of “favorite shops” the user has saved
- “Favorite friends” (mutually-approved user connections) and nicknames
- Managed shop IDs and role information for users registered as shop managers
- Announcements posted by shop managers (public information)
- Notification and display preferences the user configures within the Service
Additionally, the Service automatically records the following usage data:
- First-use timestamp (when the user first used the Service)
- Last-access timestamp (most recent access, recorded at 1-hour granularity)
- Active-days count (number of distinct days the Service has been used)
- Session count (number of returns after a gap of more than 1 hour)
- Sign-in count (number of actual Google sign-in events)
2. Purpose of Use
- User identification and authentication
- Persistence and display of “favorite shops” lists
- Delivery of shop manager announcements
- Service-usage monitoring by Service operators (admin only; not shared with third parties)
- Statistical analysis for improving the Service (in non-personally-identifiable aggregated form)
3. Data Storage
- User information and favorite shop data: Netlify Blobs (United States)
- Authentication sessions: temporarily stored in the browser as HTTP-Only Cookies
- Authentication of Google account information is performed by Google LLC’s systems
4. Google Calendar Integration
Only when a shop owner explicitly activates “Create a Google Calendar” on their shop page, this service performs the following on the owner’s Google account:
- Creates a new Google Calendar dedicated to that shop
- Stores the identifier of that calendar and the credential for subsequent access (a refresh token)
- Reads the contents of that calendar whenever events are displayed (fetched content may be cached for a short time)
The access granted to this service is limited to calendars this service itself created (Google’s calendar.app.created scope). We are technically unable to access any other calendar the owner already has.
This scope covers not only reading events on the created calendar, but also creating, modifying, and deleting them (Google does not separate these). At present, this service only reads events. If we later add a feature to create events from the shop page, it will run only on the owner’s action, and we will update this policy accordingly.
We do not make the created calendar publicly viewable.
We store only the calendar identifier and the refresh token; we do not store the contents of any events.
The owner may delete the created calendar, and may revoke this service’s access at any time from the “Third-party apps with account access” section of their Google Account.
5. Disclosure to Third Parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without user consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of a person
If we publish aggregated information such as a “popularity ranking of spots” in the future, we will only release anonymized statistical data that does not identify individuals.
6. Cookies
The Service uses HTTP-Only Cookies to maintain login state. We do not use cookies for advertising tracking purposes.
7. Analytics
The Service uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand usage patterns. Cloudflare Web Analytics hashes IP addresses, does not use cookies, and does not collect personally identifiable information.
8. Retention Period
User information, favorite shop data, and usage records are retained until the user requests deletion (see section 9). No explicit upper limit on account-data retention is set.
9. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion Requests
Users can individually delete their favorite shop registrations through the in-app functionality. To request deletion of all account information (including favorite shops, favorite friends, and usage records), please contact us at the address below. Requests will be processed within 14 days as a general rule.
10. Revisions
This policy may be revised as necessary. We will announce significant changes on the Service.
